CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, light touch approach that releases tensions in the central nervous system by treating the membranes and cerebral spinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. The practitioner places their hands on the head, shoulders, abdomen, legs, and feet and uses high energy frequencies to break up lower vibrating frequencies. It is a gentle and safe technique that has been used in some hospitals to help patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
Thai Massage is always a full body treatment where the therapist presses up and down your body along the Sen lines using their palms, thumbs, forearms, legs, and feet. It typically works with compression - rhythmic pressing movements directed into muscle tissue and incorporates many yoga-like stretches. Thai Massage has spiritual and therapeutic roots and is believed to have been created by Buddhas physician over 2,500 year ago.
